Located in the north of Hanoi, Kosmo Tay Ho is a high quality residential development comprising 3 towers up to 34 stories. The project includes a commercial podium with cinemas, retail and F&B. Transfer structures were required to create the column-free spaces in the cinemas below the residential towers. Satchell, in partnership with Indochine Engineering, completed the Schematic Design and Basic Design government approvals.

Centennial Saigon

Satchell, again in collaboration with Indochine Engineering, led the structural design of this 47 storey, high-end residential tower in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The development is located on the banks of the Saigon River in the historic Ba Son area in District 1.

Galaxy Canopies

Satchell provided the structural design of these feature entrance canopies at the Opal Lobby of the Galaxy Resort in Macau. The design was undertaken in collaboration with one of Macau’s leading architects, Westar, and features protective glass canopies and coloured stainless steel structural elements.
